For those that are yet to make an appointment (hurry, the slots are filling fast!!)….PLEASE make sure that you list each person that is coming to be photographed on a SEPARATE LINE…….and remember, only ONE time slot needs to be booked per family or individual 🤗

Happy New Year everyone!!

It is that time again for ALL talent that are currently registered/active on our books, to have their headshots updated 😊

WE HAVE A NEW BOOKING SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

BY THE END OF TODAY, YOU WILL BE EMAILED A “CALENDLY” LINK, SO THAT YOU CAN BOOK IN DIRECTLY ONLINE….(you no longer email us to make an appointment)😊

If you cannot see the email from me, please check your JUNK before emailing to ask for another copy!

For Talent that have recently applied and been sent a registration pack (but have not yet returned it), you will not have received the booking link. We can only do this once you return your forms and are active in our system….so please complete your forms asap 🤗

For your perusal before you receive the link, below are the days and times for the upcoming sessions:

MONDAY JAN 19TH………. 9.00AM – 11.30AM, 12.30PM – 2.00PM

WEDNESDAY 21 JAN……….9.00AM – 11.30AM, 12.30PM – 2.00PM

THURSDAY 22 JAN……….9.00AM – 11.30AM

TUESDAY 27 JAN……….9.00AM – 11.30AM, 12.30PM – 2.00PM

WEDNESDAY 28 JAN……….9.00AM – 11.30AM

THURSDAY 29 JAN……..9.00AM – 11.00AM

YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AS THERE ARE LIMITED SPACES ON EACH DAY……… SO BOOK ASAP IF YOU NEED A PARTICULAR TIME/DAY!

It is extremely important that everyone has CURRENT photos on their profiles, in the format our clients require, as it is the CLIENT that selects you to attend an audition.
Your photos are what sell you, and get you in line for opportunities, so it is imperative that they are always up to date (and that means less than 6 months old).

A wee reminder that Talent who do not take the time to update their photos, are removed from the books to make way for new faces.

MERRY CHRISTMAS 💛💛

Wishing everyone a wonderful day with friends and family, filled with too much food, and copious amounts of love and laughter………

Or for those with a smaller day planned, I recommend binge watching Your Friends and Neighbours, Ted Lasso or Santa Clarita diet… armed with too much chocolate and a wee liquid treat. This should give you the same emotions, minus the family disagreements about politics and parenting styles, and no interactions with the proverbial pervy uncle.

HAVE YOU APPLIED TO BE ON OUR BOOKS LATELY??????

We have just found out that there has been an issue with the application page on our Website 🤪🤪💩🤬

It appears to have had a glitch since last Thursday, and only SOME applications have come through at our end. Fortunately a handful of super observant applicants reached out to say they had not received a confirmation reply, and that is how we realised there is an issue.

If you have applied in the last week, and have NOT heard back, can you please email me directly at deb@bubblegum.co.nz…..we will process applications manually while the issue is resolved.

BABIES BABIES BABIES

We are looking for some cute babies aged 0 to 2 years old…….

Must be Auckland based….reasonably central due to work hour restrictions, so ideally within a Manukau to West Harbour to Albany triangle.

THE BABIES NEED TO BE:
– well socialised….so they dont get upset with strangers around them, or if they are in a new setting,

– placid…would not suit colicky babies that are very unsettled
and who have a passion for crying a lot

– Toddlers cannot be reliant on a dummy……we are unable to consider anyone who still has a dummy, but you are welcome to consider registering your child once you have weaned them off it!

If you have a super cute little one and have not considered registering them before, but would like to look into it, please email me!

I just need:
– their name,
– a current photo to make an assessment from (needs to be from within the past week, not something 6 months old please),
– their age
– Are they stationery, crawling, or walking?

Hello All!

There is a project shooting over summer between mid November and the end of March 2026, that requires some extras.

Extras must have "good" general availability…..this means you are flexible within your normal routine, to be available when required. (NB we dont know any confirmed dates as this stage)

Some Talent will only be needed for 1-2 days….others with good commitment may be cast as continuity extras, which could be required for larger blocks of days.

EVERYONE (whether cast for 1 day or 20) needs good RELIABLE transport, as call times will often be very early (before public transport starts).

We have just messaged our usual extras regarding this…..if there is anyone else on the books aged 18 – 60, that might like to try their hand at extra's roles, please email me on deb@bubblegum.co.nz.

We have had a number of roles lately requiring American Accents, and Talent who can speak Te Reo…..and unfortunately we have a VERY small number of people who can do either!!

If you know anyone outgoing and confident, who has an American/Canadian accent, or who can speak Te Reo, please feel free to share this post with them!

NB Talent must live in Auckland.

NB When the American movies and TV series's shoot here, we can only send through talent who have American accents.
Sarah Valentine holds very good accent courses online, that are reasonably priced, if you or your child would like to upskill 🤗

This is just a wee reminder to make sure you have DIARISED IN YOUR PHONE CALENDAR, to check our Facebook or website on the 15th January 2026…..so that you can book in for your next updates 🤗

Please make sure you set it as an ALERT!
We had a few people this time who couldn't get appointments on the day they preferred, because they didnt get an alert. By the time they remembered to check their calendars manually and tried to book in, there were not many slots left 🥴
